A 501C3 Women s Non Profit Private Foundation is seeking a Freelance Marketing PR Assistant to run its daily office functions in the Bronx New York area The ideal candidate must be experienced thorough professional and computer saavy possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal They must be able to interact with the public work independently and multi task Responsibilities include Phone duties meet and greet clients schedule appointments meetings prepare business correspondence marketing materials (flyers pamplets etc) and be a key component in our social media marketing efforts with the goal of building relationships with the public sponsors donors. The candidate must also be able to research and locate venues engagements in which the organization can market its services and also follow up to get results that will impact the community and its surrounding areas.
