Development Accountant

Kiawah Development Partners Inc. is seeking an experienced Accountant to support our Real Estate and Development function. Duties for this position include but are not limited to Monthly quarterly and annual closing of company real estate sales a real estate brokerage company and capital projects assisting in compiling budgets for real estate sales a brokerage company and capital projects tracking and reporting key sales statistics capital project reporting assisting in maintaining the Property Management system Maintaining Job Cost System and maintaining accurate ledger and budget information in Timberline.Requirements for the position include a Bachelor s degree in Accounting 2-5 years of experience strong computer skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.We offer a competitive compensation and benefit package including medical dental STD & LTD insurance 401K paid vacation holidays and sick leave.
