The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for the overall supervision of Behavioral Health Clinical Services Children s Mental Health Adult Mental Health. The Director oversees clinicians and Physician monitors grant objectives coordinates services with state and local agencies and develops and maintains services that adhere to evidence based practices and program integration as well as state and national standards. The Director is responsible for ensuring all services provided by the Clinical team adhere to the agency s Mission and Core Values and further responsible for the development of new operations procedures and for their implementation related to the team s services. Education & Experience Required Master s Degree social work. Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Alaska or eligible within six months to obtain license. Must have three or more years of relevant experience working with individuals who exhibit challenging behavior and or experience Intellectual Developmental Disabilities and or mental health and or substance abuse issues. This experience must include at least 1 year of program development experience and a minimum of two years at a supervisory managerial or administrative level in a social services or behavioral health setting. Valid driver s license proof of auto insurance background check TB test. Proof of degree and clinical licensure as it may apply required. Preferred No substitutions in education and licensing requirements.
