The Quality & Utilization Manager is responsible for oversight of the day-to-day quality assurance and utilization for programs services. The Quality & Utilization Manager works with a moderate degree of independence in performing activities for the agency. Education & Experience Required Associate s Degree. One year of office management work experience. Any equivalent combination of education and related work experience might substitute for degree requirement. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory and project management experience. Valid Alaska Driver s License proof of required auto insurance. Current TB vaccination health screening. Must be able to pass a background check Preferred Bachelor s Degree. Intermediate training in Microsoft Office Software Programs required advanced strongly preferred.
