Front Office Receptionist Customer Service -

Busy manufacturing company seeks a sharp Customer Service Order Entry Coordinator. Will be answering service calls scheduling appointments providing customer service via phone and email to keep clients informed of their repair status creating repair orders and sales orders as well as assisting with general clerical duties. Must be extremely organized and detailed with outstanding customer service and data entry skills Ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. This is a 6-12 week assignment that could go permanent for the right candidate Must be able to lift 50lbs Full time Monday-Friday 7am-3 30pm. Pay rate is 14- 15 hr.
