We are expanding our real estate business and looking for Bird Dogs wholesalers and real estate entrepreneurs to help us finding properties to buy sell for our own portfolio. This is an independent contractor position. If you are interested in bird dogging you would then turn over the properties to our local real estate entrepreneur to review your research and then if the property looks promising they would go out to meet with the seller to buy the property. Bid dogging is like more like a research analysis position. If you are interested in wholesaling you would then go out and meet with the seller and assign your rights to buy the property to our real estate entrepreneur if the property meets our buying criteria. Wholesaling is a research analysis and sales position. If you are interested in helping lead our acquisition team you would be the real estate entrepreneur (REE) working with bird dogs and wholesalers as well as doing marketing to find and then rent sell properties. REEs are managers researchers analysts and sales professionals. If you are interested in real estate investing this is an excellent opportunity to learn from an experienced real estate investor while you earn money. This is an independent contractor job meaning that you are paid for successfully finding properties.
