Mental Health Clinicians to Administer PRN Assessments

Ascend Management Innovations LLC a leader in assessment services is recruiting for a statewide contract with the State of Iowa Depratment for Health and Human Services administering PASRR (Pre-admission Screening and Resident Review) assessments. These assessments are performed on all individuals who are wishing to enter into a Medicaid funded nursing facility and have a mental health diagnosis IDD or a related condition. This assessment will ensure that the individual is placed in the most appropriate and least restrictive setting. We are recruiting quality driven experienced licensed mental health clinicians who are interested in administering these assessments on a part-time as-needed contract basis. These assessments are extremely flexible and can be worked into almost any schedule to include administering them in the evenings and on weekends if that is preferable. To be considered applicants may not have any affiliation with DHS a psychiatric hospital or a nursing facility. The following disciplines are accepted with 2 years of behavioral health experience and or 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities.
