Part Time Office Secretary Assistant-18hr

Looking for a part time person to work in a production metal arts studio office in the redeveloped north Crestwood Woodlawn area of Birmingham. This position can and has been in past fulfilled through online access through your home computer and internet. Person should be familiar with quickbooks. Should have good general office and computer skills. Be organized. Good phone and people skills. Duties will include phone and Email conversations with customers. Managing our wholesale customers orders scheduling shipments and new inquiries. Overseeing shipping arrangements for LTL truck shipments through freight brokers and small package shipments. Scheduling retail tax payments online with states and city websites. We are somewhat flexible with hours and days worked and can easily make allowances for mothers with children in school to drop off pick up. Currently we are looking for 12-25 hours per week..
