Self-Starter - We re looking for people who can market themselves (with our help) as competent professionals. We don t just wait for clients to come to us. We want professionals (with sales and marketing skills or the willingness to build those skills) with that entrepreneurial spirit to reach out to build a clientele year over year. Team Players - Our retail offices are teams of professionals helping one another to learn and provide the best customer experience imaginable Service after Tax Time - Completing the return isn t the end of the transaction. We care about our customers and reach out to them throughout the year to keep them up to date. Understand their changes in life and keep our name in front of them.
