We offer 30% - 50% commissions plus a residual income at our growing company conveniently located in the LA South Bay directly off the 405 freeway Qualified candidates should be able to execute the following work tasks Generate and qualify leads Source and develop client referrals Prepare sales action plans and strategies Schedule sales activity Make sales calls to new and existing clients Make presentations of company services to current and potential clients Negotiate with clients Prepare and present sales contracts Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone electronically or in person Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships Monitor and report on sales activities for management Close live transfers Education and Experience Knowledge of relevant computer applications Knowledge of principles and practices of sales Knowledge of customer service principles Experience in making presentations Proven ability to achieve sales goals Key Competencies Planning and strategizing Persuasiveness and adaptability Excellent verbal communication Negotiation skills Resilience and tenacity Goal driven We take great pride in the services we offer and always strive for 100% client satisfaction.
