s www.globalchannelmanagement.com jobopeningsjobs(at)globalchannelmanagment.com Manager Director of Health Economics & Outcomes Research needs A minimum of 7 years (Director level 3 years for manager level) of experience in health economics and health outcomes research within a pharmaceutical or healthcare organizationManager Director of Health Economics & Outcomes Research requires PhD with a minimum of 7 years relevant industry experience or MD with 9 years of relevant industry experience (Director level) MS Pharm D with a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience (manager level) Strong methodological quantitative and analytical skills combined with a sound understanding of how to successfully apply HEOR principles to support the brand Demonstrated ability to think strategically and make sound health economic and outcomes research & real-world evidence generation decisions Strong project management skills with oversight experience in both internal and external projects are necessary Publication presentation track record with experience in medical scientific writing internal external educational training on interpretation of HEOR data and resulting tools third party payer support and KOL engagement Demonstrated understanding of legal and regulatory issues impacting HE PRO labeling and promotional claims and RWE labeling expansion Demonstrated understanding of the dynamics of the US and global healthcare systems and financing mechanisms Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability in participating and leading cross-functional team excellent skills in leading without authority and negotiating and managing through influence Strong track-record of being results-driven and showing accountability for achieving early wins and long-term success quantitative qualitative director claims collection data analysis Manager Director of Health Economics & Outcomes Research duties Provide strategic and tactical support for developing real-world evidence (RWE) such as but not limited to registries burden of illness natural history of disease for regulators payers healthcare providers and patients Assess real-world data assets data licenses & platform and develop RWE study plan Develop health economic analyses models to assess cost-effectiveness clinical practice and or burden of illness using a combination data from internal clinical trials and external primary or secondary data sources Manage external vendors and HEOR consultants for timely project deliverables Provide robust HEOR tactical input into PhII- PhIV clinical trials including research design appropriate choice of HEOR endpoints data collection methods data analysis and interpretation through collaboration with Clinical Development and Medical Affairs
