Must be able to demonstrate attention to detail as well as organizational critical thinking and problem solving skills. Should be proficient in Excel and comfortable with Word Outlook and database applications. Must be able to work independently. Should be comfortable navigating search engines and other resources for research initiatives. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload accordingly but also focus for long periods. Good interpersonal skills are required. Project Administrative Assistant duties Perform general administrative duties within an office environment which require knowledge of company procedures. word processing software support file organization and maintenance operation of office equipment etc. Tasks will require problem solving skills and exercise in judgment within precedent and subject to approval. . Create review update and generally manage contracts and other related distributor files Support company project initiatives especially pertaining to clean-up and alignment of multiple databases. May be required to manage select projects independently. Support Sales Coordinator with daily operations.
