live in Housekeeper, - Compensation: room and board

Hello I m a 53 year old women with a 6year old calico cat who Likes taking care of poeple who need some help with thingsthey can no longer do. I come from a good family and am currently living with my mother in Ga. I would like to live in a small community where I could walk to some places and not have to drive 30 miles to ge to anywhere and back. I have a drivers license. I would love to be a live in caretaker this would or could mean driving you to appts. cleaning your house yard work and I can cook bake and I m not a bad conversationlist. Icannot afford a place of my own and depending on my responsibilities I could have room and board and a small compensation. I have pretty much been a nomad my whole life but ready to settle down in small community. I could also be a good house sitter.
