QA Training Assistant duties Assist in the design and creation of training and communications materials (e.g. division NeuroConnection newsletter NeUro Portal sales tools box.com ACTfirst training videos posters PowerPoint presentations interactive emails). Work with internal training and development team to brainstorm tactics understand various training initiatives and assist in moving projects from concept to execution. Audit online training for the employee on boarding process to ensure consistency and accuracy regarding home study and testing Develop and administer on-line surveys Compile and analyze survey results Analyze data sheets and build charts and graphs representing the results Assist with set-up and break-down of training classes
