Directs and develops claims personnel in the investigation evaluation and negotiation of casualty claims to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company procedures. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1. Selects guides develops monitors performance and makes salary recommendations for reporting staff. 2. Ensures compliance with good faith claims practices and company procedures. 3.
