Essential Responsibilities Prepare individual business and fiduciary tax returns involving complex issues. Interview and review less complex individual business and fiduciary tax returns. Prepare tax projections and other tax planning strategies. Assist with IRS state tax audits. Become knowledgeable with respect to estate planning financial planning financing alternatives etc. Assign work to staff members on the basis of their knowledge and capabilities.
