Senior Director of Corporate Tax

This major international technology corporation is currently seeking a Director of Corporate Tax. Main duties include Overseeing designing and managing all aspects of the Company s tax strategies research and compliance. Provide tax management coordination planning and compliance for US and international operations including Canada and Europe. Reviews quarterly and annual income tax provisions and deferred tax calculations. Manage FIN 48 process including updating tax positions and maintaining compliance with FIN 48.
