POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT The Director Transfer Pricing will lead all aspects of Herbalife s worldwide transfer pricing activities and be responsible for transfer pricing reporting and planning including setting and changing Herbalife s intercompany transfer prices to maximize tax savings opportunities that contribute to shareholder value. DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES DUTIES Identify initiate and develop global transfer pricing plan consistent with international rules and regulations.
