Job Purpose Manufactures products by supervising staff organizing and monitoring work flow and coordinates Shipping and Receiving. Under general supervision manages (the) a production function(s). Supervises other plant workers directly or through lead craft. Outlines work procedures and assigns duties and may authorize additional hours (OT). Coordinate with QC and R& D. Train advise and counsels employees on paint manufacturing.
