LOCATION Bath NYSTATUS Full Time (37.5 Hours per week)SCHEDULE Monday Friday (Day hours with occasional evenings)NATURE OF WORK Under the direction of the Program Director is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all health care services including health education required by the children and adolescents residing in the community residence program.MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Must be a registered nurse (RN) with either an associate degree or a bachelor s degree a current New York State license and experience working with children adolescents with serious emotional disturbance. A valid driver s license passing insurability guidelines. Must meet the requirements of the School Age Care Day Care and or Mental Health Regulations regarding a State Central Register Clearance regarding history of abuse maltreatment of children and Criminal History Review for criminal convictions.
