Experience with Ariba technologies is a plus Broad knowledge of spend management strategies and or procurement sourcing category management and supplier performance management Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products and knowledge of software systems Bachelor s degree preferred. Degree in Business Computer Science or Informational Systems is preferred Ariba Support duties Responsibilities of this position include day-to-day P2P operational support of users in the P2P application (Ariba) through management of P2P Help Desk (ServiceNow). End-user training sessions and communications as required. Assist Strategic Sourcing professionals with technical and process issues as required which may include basic business process solutions. Assist with improving training documentation and communicating. Provide additional support to the purchasing system s team as requested. Create analytic reports of KPIs
