CRDN of Southwest Florida Warehouse Delivery Customer Service Representative CRDN Provides textile (clothing) restoration services to both the Homeowner and the Insurance Industry in cases of Fire Water and Mold damage. Summary The job of the CSR is to meet with the homeowner to explain the CRDN textile restoration process in more detail set their mind at ease and scope the loss. This individual must be empathetic and professional.Essential Duties and Responsibilities The primary responsibility of the CSR is to develop a good relationship with the homeowner and establish trust with the homeowner from the beginning. Drives assigned vehicle in order to pick up or deliver CRDN orders or jobs. Assists in loading and unloading the vehicle. Collects or delivers customers orders from their homes. Lifting and moving of furniture cleaning of furniture and other items at warehouse. Assists in preparing inventory lists of customers orders. Logs in inventory and prepares order for tagging and cleaning. Delivers and picks-up orders to and from the dry cleaning plant and warehouse. Organizes and stores completed orders in the warehouse according to storage specifications. Minimum Qualifications and Requirements Customer service experience (in the field) preferred Instill care and concern during stressful emotional situations. Lead and influence the team with a positive spirit. Maintain composure at all times. Speak clearly and persuasively in all situations listen ask questions for clarification and be decisive in your decision making process and include the rest of the team for appropriate action. Strong customer service orientation and problem solving skills. Have empathy and compassion Bilingual (English Spanish) a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite email and the internet Must be able to drive a commercial vehicle Must have a valid and clean Florida driver s license. Be able to work in environments with dust mold bacteria and or smoke. Ability to drive within our assigned territory and be able to read a map. Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to add subtract and perform basic arithmetic calculations. Ability to use a hand held scanner. Ability to move lift load and reach inventory weighting up to 80 pounds. Ability to sit in a vehicle for extended periods of times Hourly rate 11 - 13 per hourNon smoker
