You must have a college degree focused on finance tax and or accounting. Graduate degree in tax a plus. 2 years of accounting firm experience doing tax compliance and or tax provision work Plus either 3 additional years of accounting firm experience (any specialty focus) OR 4 additional years of broad tax experience in large corporate tax compliance and provisions Demonstrated ability to lead and or influence a team Knowledge and skills Critical thinking and problem solving skills with initiative and persistence to pursue problems and opportunities Strong communication skills soft skills and leadership skills potential Familiarity with ERP tax compliance and tax provision software in particular prefer experience in Corptax Compliance OneSource Tax Provision Tax Data Warehouse and or Hyperion Oracle ERP Suite Critical thinking and problem solving skills with initiative and persistence to pursue problems and opportunities Strong communication skills soft skills and leadership skills potential Familiarity with ERP tax compliance and tax provision software in particular prefer experience in Corptax Compliance OneSource Tax Provision Tax Data Warehouse and or Hyperion Oracle ERP Suite Strong skills in Microsoft Office
