s www.globalchannelmanagement.com jobopeningsjobs(at)globalchannelmanagement.co m Training Developer needs 3 years of experience developing delivering training Training Developer requires Experience with MS Office Suite and Office 365 applications including SharePoint Experience with Camtasia for video editing and content authoring tools such as Captivate Lectora and or similar Strong time management communication and writing skills Excel in learning quickly working independently and as part of a team while engaging multiple audiences to complete tasks Training Developer duties Design creative learning that can be utilized just-in-time and provide on-the-job performance support Determine learning design and format suited to content Develop courses e-learning and others forms of blended distance learning Engage SMEs for input into course content and requirements Create engaging learning deliverables in a variety of medias and formats including o Videos o Demos o Job Aids o Checklists o Quizzes Knowledge Checks Edit existing videos webinars for deployment through our internal Learning Management System (LMS) Provide development support activities for Professional Development Team as requested
