Assess the number of files and create an organized plan to migrate data (files in the 1000s) Tag files with metadata required and work with IT to migrate files to final place Complete follow-up checks to make sure data was migrated properly Decommission specs in old system once approved in new system and check that all required documentation is present Set up progress Tracker for job duties
