Guest Services Lead Worker - (Aramark at KPMG)

Position Summary The Guest Services Lead Worker is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by booking reservations assisting with guest needs and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues in regards to Banquette and or Catering Orders (over 30-50 orders per day). The Guest Services Lead worker may be responsible for oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the guest services operation. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position is to be able to respond to emails within 2-hours share daily schedules with other guest services coordinators on the team and complete high volume orders within a timely matter. Essential Functions Schedules and assigns daily work assignments the guest services team and oversees completion of tasks Trains and guides guest service staff on job duties customer service systems and procedures Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs Book reservations and coordinate registration for over 30-banquette or catering orders daily Operate a register and or software system (EMS Reservations SW) to complete cash and credit card transactions for banquette and catering orders Answers phone calls return emails and or deliver messages within 2-hours of receiving Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests customers clients co-workers etc. Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager QualificationsPrevious Guest Services experience in Corporate Hotel or Catering industry required Savvy experience with Banquette Catering SW (EMS a plus) MS Outlook savvy Word PowerPoint and Excel experience Supervisory experience in a related role preferred Demonstrates excellent customer and client service skills Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written Demonstrate strong organization skills accuracy and attention to detail with in a fast pace environment Requires occasional lifting carrying pushing pulling of up to 25lbs
