Our manufacturing company is looking for an organized detailed-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time entry level Inside Sales person.Amerec a 57 year old company based in Woodinville WA and is part of the TyloHelo World Group with factories in Finland Sweden and the United States. Our products Sauna and Steam equipment used in the Health and Wellness industry for commercial and personal use. Products are sold through a distribution channel in the building industry - throughout the United States and around the World.Primary Responsibilities Include Support Regional Sales Managers Support Sales Representatives Support Account Executive Account Manager Answer inbound customer sales calls Responding to customer emails Processing Orders and Credits Processing Bids Chatting online with customer inquires Preparing Monthly Sales reports Calling new prospects Researching competitors Calling Customers and following up on quotes and orders Tracking orders and shipments for customers Addressing customer issues Keeping detailed notes on functions as they relate to tasks Ideal Candidate would have the following experience Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Word and Windows operating systems Self-starter with the ability to work independently to resolve problems Strong written verbal analytical and interpersonal skills required Sales experiences a plus aptitude for sales required Customer Service Experience a plus Building and Plumbing Industry or Pool and Spa experiences a plus but not required College degree great but not required Compensation Competitive Salary Entry Level Company Paid Health and Dental Insurance Paid Vacation PTO and 8 paid Holidays Full-Time Position Monday Friday 8 00am 4 30pm No weekend work and no late nights no travel required 401K with employer matching
