Manages coupon process (initiation and tracking) Support Trade and Grassroots sampling events. Manages the shipping of sample products for Grassroots PR & trade events including processing orders through the supply chain system. Coordinates new hire on-boarding support for Marketing new employees (computer internet access office & facilities etc.). Coordinates Marketing team member input to the business team calendar including weekly updates and manages regular Marketing Team meeting agendas with the head of marketing. meeting event planning ( as needed) Manages the Vacation and Travel & Expense tracking for the Marketing organization.
