Be a liaison between customers and the EODB iSupport teams to ensure timely responses to customers. Work with customers to drive to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Plan and organize sales and partner training and other marketing events for partners and customers. Researches competitive marketing programs for assigned brands. Works closely with the channel marketing team to build out materials for the FY20 marketing programs. Customer eccentricity Attention to detail supports the field implementation and administration of a comprehensive set of marketing programs within Ducted Systems for Residential and Commercial Programs.
