SUMMARY OF POSITIONA successful candidate for this position will have a strong emphasis on the troubleshooting and repairing of CNC machine tools presses and general equipment with proven PLC electrical hydraulic and mechanical aptitude in addition to light fabrication and welding.KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIESMust have own hand tools Troubleshoot plant equipment isolate the cause of equipment malfunctions in accordance with diagrams operation manuals and manufacturer s equipment specificatio ns. Use tools ranging from common power tools hoists saws drills to precision measuring instruments and electrical meters. Maintain machines equipment tools and work area in a clean and safe manner Load and unload trucks using lift truck Responsible for maintaining accurate history of PM work performed Training responsibilities for level I Maintenance Techni cians. Perform other duties as required or directed by the Department Supervisor or Lead. EXPERIENCEJourneyman level certification or a minimum of 8 years industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIESMust be proficient in reading Electrical Mechanical Pneumatic and Hydraulic schematics Must be familiar with Screw presses Hydraulic presses and CNC machines Candidate must have the ability to be cross-functional and multi-tasked in the department Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as with others with proven attention to accuracy and detail Data entry skills and good basic math skills Work will have required overtime Must adhere to Company Code of Conduct and Core Val ues.
