s www.globalchannelmanagement.com jobopeningsjobs(at)globalchannelmanagement.co mOperational Risk Manager needs 7 years of experience in asset management banking or other financial sectors Operational Risk Manager requires Experience with risk and control self-assessments key risk indicators metrics supplier risk management issue identification and resolution and or incident reporting In-depth knowledge of the asset management investment business including product marketing distribution and solutions Archer or similar governance risk and compliance (GRC) system experience Strong background in operational risk management audit internal controls governance or equivalent experience Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to present risk concepts in clearly understandable language Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize activities Solid leadership skills with demonstrated ability to drive initiatives and influence stakeholders Collegial and collaborative approach Partners effectively with colleagues and Risk to achieve business and program objectives Ability to appropriately leverage offshore resource support team Commitment to delivering value to the business Supplier Risk Management Operational Risk Manager duties Partners with ERM and other business areas to execute program activities Serves as business area risk escalation point Provides trend and exception reporting to leadership and proactively addresses potential issues Works with business owners to complete supplier risk questionnaire Works with partner functions to ensure required assessments are complete Works with business owners to complete supplier due diligence activities Ensures findings are logged in Archer GRC system and remediation plans are drafted Works with business owners and sourcing to stay informed of supplier landscape
