Proficient excel and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail along with maintaining the highest standard of integrity & confidentiality Payroll Time and Attendance Specialist duties Support of multiple Time & Attendance systems which captures approximately 10 000 employees over multiple locations. This position will also participate in improvement and process standardization. Accurate and timely compilation of biweekly and weekly Time & Attendance data for payroll processing. Day to day support of the Time & Attendance systems. Manage workflow to meet all payroll deadlines. Manage pay rules and accruals in accordance with company policies. Analyze and resolve pay discrepancies proactively with Employees and Business units. Flexibility in work schedule during weekly peak payroll processing days.
