Looking for Wash Bay Manager to join our team and maximize their earning potential.Job Summary Wash Bay Manager Would oversee a crew of up to seven employees in our Wash Bay. This would include properly training new employees giving direction to the employees on the daily tasks that need to be completed and evaluating all employee s performances. Ensure there is a steady stream of work for other wash bay employees.You would also be responsible for Clean and sanitize trucks and trailers daily Manage facility s tools and equipment making sure they are degreased organized operating correctly and stored in the designated spots and Assisting other shop employees with repairs and special tasks as needed. Stocking Reporting supplies as needed The qualified candidate would be trained to move tractor and trailers around in the yard as needed.
