s www.globalchannelmanagement.com jobopeningsjobs(at)globalchannelmanagement.co mEpic Professional Billing Analyst needs Epic Professional Billing CertficationEpic Professional Billing Analyst requires Project management experience and business planning across the full project life cycle (discovery requirements definition design build and deployment) Must be able to identify assess and resolve complex business problems issues risks and facilitate issue resolution and risk mitigation Ability to work with the business users understand their needs and translate those needs to the final project deliverables Ability to execute all phases of the project life cycle Understanding of software development methodology using Agile solid understanding of Charge Router Build Working Knowledge of interfaces and working on Extract updates Epic Professional Billing Analyst duties Maintain Update Charge Review Router Review Credit and Adjustment work queues and related access Maintain Update Cash Drawers Update and work in multiple systems to address end user tickets maintain BSRs and save supporting documentation Assist and collaborate with project team other Epic application analysts related business units and project support staff to maintain project schedules complete BSR requests or update existing build Responsible for managing relationships with business owners during the life cycle of Epic Build Deliver quality work that meets end users requirements and expectations by ensuring clear understanding of the requirements and setting clear expectations for UAT and delivery Assist with Epic configuration and solution definition Triage manage communicate and resolve issues for MC Optical business users
