Main Job Tasks & ResponsibilitiesReview the Cut Sheet and Shop Drawings verify all components have been provided and are cut to correct size prior to polishing Review and confirm the proper edge as identified for each component Advise Production Manager of any missing and or defective items Maintain an accurate polishing rate of a minimum of 100 to 150 sq ft per day in an eight hour shiftAssist installation crews and customers load completed jobs as neededAdhere to and enforce all applicable Federal state local and OSHAMaintain an efficient clean & organized work area in compliance with all safety regulationsFollow all Company Policies and ProceduresAttend all required Company meetingsEducation ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree(GED) minimum of 1 year experience in granite polishing.Physical Demandsposition will required the following physical activities on a regular basis reaching standing walking lifting grasping feeling talking hearing handling and repetitive motions.Job Type Full-time hourly 15.00 to 18.00 hour.Experience granite polishing 1 year Education High school or equivalent. Prior experience in granite polishing.Prior granite fabrication and granite installs or prior construction experience a plus .Family owned company 5 companies in one.
