To performs buying duties of parts and supplies at the most favorable price consistent with quality quantity delivery and other factors per specifications for the manufacturing of Generators parts. Manages suppliers to ensure on time delivery of product that meets quality requirements. Essential Functions Major Responsibilities Purchase assigned parts and supplies. Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to ensure on-time delivery. Perform analysis of supply and demand lead time price supplier performance and sales forecast to determine appropriate source placing purchase orders to ensure product flow. Manage projects as assigned by the manager working with peers in other departments. Specific Job Skills Excellent PC Skills. Experience in Excel and Outlook. Ability to effectively negotiate.
