Equip 2 Conceal Firearms Group is looking for an individual with strong office administration and customer service skills for our Dispatch Agent position. Our Dispatch Agents are the 1st point of contact and assist students as well as our instructors. Ideal candidates will need to have High School Diploma Call center experience Knowledge of Google Docs & Excel Great ability to multi-task and work independently Quiet home office with up to date PC laptop as well as reliable internet and phone connection Daily duties include but not limited to Answering calls to assist with class registration FAQs etc. Following up with potential students via calls and emails Answering chat questions Communicating changes internally through chat email and spreadsheets Advertising our classes on free platforms (social media event sites) While this is a work from home position professionalism and meeting deadlines is still expected. Self-motivation initiative and attention to detail are qualities that will take you far in this position.
