Cities included Gordon Solon Springs Hawthorne Lake Nebagamon Maple Poplar and South Range.Job DescriptionThe Nutrition Driver reports to the Nutrition Director and is responsible for the timely delivery of meals to seniors and meal sites throughout rural Douglas County Tuesday-Friday usually from 7 15am-Noon.Current Pay is 11.90 per hour no other benefits are offered.Education Experience Must have a high school diploma Must have valid driver s license with a clean driving history.Skills Ability to drive a vehicle in all weather conditions (provided). Ability to learn a route and follow directions. Ability to minimally interact with seniors in their homes while delivering meals. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and coworkers. Ability to sit for long periods of time. Ability to maintain an accurate log. Ability to handle money and give out receipts.Duties and ResponsibilitiesListed below are examples of duties and areas of responsibilities for this position. The listing below does not include all responsibilities or challenges that present themselves in this position. Load and unload meals and coolers at the beginning and end of shifts. Ensure the proper delivery of meals to seniors in their homes. Assist in cleaning sanitizing trays at the end of the route.
