You ll be the one hopping behind the wheel to transport a guest s vehicle to and from the store for tire installation. This crucial step means our guests are able to get on with their lives while their vehicles are being serviced making you a time-saving super hero. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to Safely driving guests vehicles to and from the store to get serviced this includes in all weather conditions- rain or shine Delivering outstanding customer service throughout customer interaction. Clean the interior and tires of every vehicle before returning it to a guest. When necessary you may be asked to assist and fill-in for other members of roll s team. Performing a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time which may include light and heavy lifting including consumer tires and wheels standing bending and squatting. Basic Qualifications Previous customer service experience is required. A primary responsibility of this job is driving so a valid driver s license is a necessity. A high school diploma GED is required. You must be at least 18 years of age. No relocation is being offered for this position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred. If you have previous valet experience that would be great but don t sweat it if you don t. Position Skills and Requirements You can communicate effectively with all necessary contacts including guests in order to pick up and deliver vehicles in a safe and timely manner. Speaking of time you can keep track of it and know how to manage it effectively to meet deadlines and schedules. You are a safe and reliable driver who knows the traffic laws and will comply with them. You know how to interact in a friendly and professional way and always show respect to guests and coworkers alike. This position requires the ability to read understand and follow all procedures and guidelines. Depending on location our stores may be open 7 days a week from 7am-8pm which may include working on weekends and some holidays
