Customer Service Auditors Needed

We are needing people to help audit a student housing complex in Rochester NY. Since this is student housing you ll need to pose as a student (or parent of a student) looking for housing for the next semester. This audit includes making a PHONE CALL to the property then an ON-SITE visit for a tour. The tour will take 15-30 minutes and REQUIRES picture ID. Audits will include evaluating customer service cleanliness organization and closing ability. This audit is informational ONLY. No applications of any type will be required.
