Bilingual Financial Representatives (Customer Service Rep II) at Maximus make an impact everyday by assisting customers with information documents and complaints regarding financial institutions and financial products. This position is responsible for disseminating information and providing assistance with consumer cases. To prepare you for this role Maximus provides paid comprehensive training which ensures our customer service representatives care for each caller with the highest levels of knowledge and professionalism. This position is temporarily remote due to Covid-19 however you must be able and willing to work on site in our Jacksonville FL location should need arise. Pay and Benefits Base rate 15.27 hr Bilingual base rate 16.80 hr 4.54 hr fringe for health and wellness benefits A variety of shifts that meet lifestyle and family goals Leadership support to ensure success in a meaningful career Fun professional atmosphere Many opportunities for promotion and career advancement into global company Responsibilities Responding to numerous financial phone inquiries Using standard technology telephones e-mail and web browsers Assisting callers in finishing online applications Completing daily electronic call logs Adhering to privacy rules Connecting callers with leadership as needed Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations and policies as they apply to the financial programs we service Reporting problems through an easy online system Responding to telephone inquiries within set time parameters Completing all assigned training as necessary Education High School diploma or equivalent and some college experience required Qualifications Minimum two (2) years contact center (call center) experience Experience with financial products or financial service experience required Familiarity with CRC or CRM contractor computer systems Must be able to speak English clearly and professionally Ability to speak Spanish clearly and professionally preferred Must be able to type a minimum of 20 WPM 30 WPM preferred Must have demonstrated excellent listening interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks Proven ability to work as a team member is required Participate in training and receive certification that all required modules received a passing score Security Clearance Required position contingent upon ability to obtain successful Entrance on Duty (EOD) background check Home Office Requirements Hardwired internet (ethernet) connection with 20 Mbps minimum Private work area and adequate power source All equipment will be provided for pick up at the Maximus Jacksonville FL office location laptop docking station two monitors and headset
