Job DescriptionYoungsville NC custom cabinet shop seeking a Cabinet Design Assistant Client Relations to complete a variety of tasks. The candidate must be great with technology detail-oriented and have an understanding of the construction industry. The candidate will be expected to demonstrate creative abilities and problem solving skills work in a team setting and achieve results through collaboration and sharing. The ideal candidate is expected to have proven ability to self-manage and demonstrate a high level of professional maturity.Responsibilities and Duties Assist in design via CAD while collaborating with the lead designer Participate in client and designer meetings Effectively maintain and organize CRM while increasing productivity Handle miscellaneous client care inquiries and general information calls via phone text or email (Multi-line telephone system) Greet clients in a courteous friendly and professional manner Requirements and Qualifications Proficient with CAD (Cabinet Solutions and 2020) Adobe Acrobat G Suite Google Apps Sheets Docs Hangouts Drive Calendar etc. CRM Experience (Streak CRM) Computer and typing skills Ability to assist in renderings and floor plans Ability to work with walk-in customers interested in projects Work well under pressure and with multiple deadlines Position Competencies Creativity and Analytical Skills Enthusiasm and Initiative Flexibility Adaptability Problem Solving Skills Team Skills Organizing Planning Ability Persuasive Techniques Excellent and Clear Communicator Ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form Ability to deal with problems in a timely manner for a quick resolve Compensation is dependent on experience. This is a full time inner-office position Monday through Friday 8 00am - 5 00pm with a 1-hour lunch break from 11 30am-12 30pm.Job Type Full-timePay 18.00 - 25.00 per hour
