Benson Systems is an established Building Technologies Provider located in Gilbert Arizona is currently seeking an IT Technician to join our team.Benson Systems has been installing and servicing systems for over 30 years. Benson Systems is an established company with a proven track record of stability and longevity. We are looking for motivated individuals with the desire to learn grow and advance. Responsibilities -Administer servers desktop computers printers routers switches firewalls smartphones software deployment security updates and patches. Installing supporting configuring evaluating maintaining monitoring and analyzing systems and software.-Must be able to install Windows 10 provide support and maintain clients in domain environments.-Must be able to make and terminate Cat 5e and Cat 6 cabling.-Working knowledge of active directory Exchange Server and Office 365.-The ability to provide phone remote support manage tickets in a ticketing system and document time and services performed.-Applicant will assist with maintaining inventory of internal and client assets cellphones notebooks etc.-Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems is a plus.-Knowledge of working with and maintaining servers in Microsoft Hyper V Virtual Server environment is a benefit.-Knowledge of HIPAA and HITECH is a plus.-Applicant will be expected to work from the Gilbert office and at client sites within the valley.-2 years of Technical Support experience preferred.
