Job DescriptionThis position supervises work activities of the kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared in a quality economic sanitary efficient nutritious and attractive manner. The Sous Chef Manager will execute production sheets inventories and purchasing to maintain par levels of food and cleaning supplies. This position will enforce established safety and sanitation policies and procedures and assure equipment is maintained and in working order.High school diploma or equivalent Associate degree in culinary arts or equivalent degree preferred Five or more years experience in food service management may be substituted for culinary degree Basic computer usage skills ability to learn and utilize Microsoft office applications and departmental related software Physical requirements are frequent standing walking and lifting.
