The ChallengeWe are looking for a program coordinator to join our Special Titles team in our brand-new Rocky Mount headquarters. In this role you will Analyze title with salvage history applications to determine the proper title brands and that all documentation is in order. Inspect documents and issue titles for custom built foreign registration kit cars grey market vehicles vehicles with frame motor body and dash changes. Issue Instant titles requested by mail. Communicate with the public and others by phone correspondence and e-mail. What You BringConsiderable knowledge of motor vehicle laws policies and procedures. Experience researching and solving problems making independent decisions when needed. Experience interpreting and explaining policy procedures rules regulations and laws to diverse customers. Skills establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with peers and internal external customers while maintaining a professional demeanor. Computer skills maintaining records creating reports and entering editing data using Microsoft Office products and web-based databases. Management PrefersCandidates with DMV Customer Service experience. Knowledge of NC General Statutes Chapter 20. Policies and procedures governing the issuance of NC title Salvage Titles. Experience with DMV National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS) State Titling and Registration System (STARS).
