This position will require the ability to work independently and the use of strong technical skills when fulfilling the demands of the assigned task. Working for J& J Service Professionals LLC will allow you the benefit to create your own schedule and meet your entrepreneurial goals in addition to receiving competitive pay at a base rate of 40% commission on all profits brought into the company. As a Plumbing technician you will be responsible for installing and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties in addition to installing fixtures and domestic appliances associated with heating cooling and sanitation systems. Job Requirements 1 year of relevant working experience in the field.Have and maintain a valid state driver s license and reliable transportation as well as tools equipment necessary to fulfill job requirements.Working knowledge of all safety codes.Excellent communication organization and customer service skills.Job Responsibilities Install repair and maintain pipes valves fittings drainage systems and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.Follow building plans and blueprints.Respond to diagnose and resolve plumbing emergencies.Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.Prepare bids and cost estimates.
