The ChallengeWe are looking for a program coordinator to join our Field Operations Support Help Desk in our new Rocky Mount headquarters. In this role you willProvide tech support and problem-solving by phone to users of the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS) State Titling and Registration System (STARS) and Liability Insurance Tracking Enforcement System (LITES) systems. Don t worry. Full training on these systems is provided. You will be required to complete and pass all of the training modules. Research records to see if provided documents are acceptable Solve challenging problems involving multiple stakeholders Accurately enter and update system data for recording and reporting Identify bugs and work with the development team to solve them Advise and walk through requested procedures Resolve fiscal equipment and inventory problems adhere to deadlines policies procedures General Statutes and Administrative Codes Be a leader helping maintain DMV integrity. What You BringExcellent customer service experience dealing with a diverse stakeholders. Skilled at interpreting and explaining policies rules regulations and procedures. Capable of reviewing detailed documents and records for accuracy and completeness. A problem solver who can identify and resolve problems and make independent decisions. Technical skills in Microsoft Office and office equipment. Management Prefers Candidates with experience in vehicle registration liability insurance or knowledge of Chapter 20 of the NC General Statutes.
