Provide day to day leadership and direction to Leads and Supervisors by preparing work schedules monitoring work performance coach train new employees delegate responsibility enforce safety rules and deliver consistent safe reliable operations and service. The Duty Manager also manages the inventory of supplies and maintenance of equipment investigates problems develops solutions and reports directly to the General Manager. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Must be at least 18 years of age. Speak and understand English. Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen 10-year background check (criminal employment) and be able to obtain a required airport security clearance. VALID Driver s License (NOT ID) for at least 1 full year. (License cannot have any restrictions). Qualified applicants will have at least 3-5 years of experience in the aviation industry directing the activities of 30 employees.
