We pride ourselves on making the systems we install easy to understand utilize and financially accessible to our customers.You HaveExperience working with residential rooftop solar panels Residential roofing construction experience Reliability and an excellent positive attitude Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment Ability to work in extreme environments such as hot sun cold crawl spaces etc. Ability to safely handle tools and materials such as ladders inverters solar panels panel boards batteries etc. Ability to work at heights including on rooftops climbing ladders and stairs Ability to perform repetitious duties including lifting (up to 50 lbs.) bending and standing for long periods of time Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the highest quality end-product possible Ability to successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug screen A valid driver s license ResponsibilitiesPull materials for each installation job Layout assembly and installation of solar array and mounting hardware Assist with the electrical wiring of all energy products Prepare and clean-up job site Provide an exceptional customer experience to all customers throughout the process Represent as a field contact for the customer Compensation and Benefits 18 - 23 hr Paid Training Health Dental and Vision 401k PTO Vacation If this opportunity excites you and you feel you meet the general requirements please apply today and we will respond to your application within 24 hours.
